Honor Magic 7 Pro specs leak; Snapdragon 8 Gen 4 expected

The Honor Magic 7 Pro is anticipated to launch soon as the successor to the recently unveiled Magic 6 Pro 5G in India. Information regarding the rumored smartphone has emerged online in recent weeks, revealing key features and the expected design of the device. A new report has provided a comprehensive list of the expected specifications for the Magic 7 Pro. The phone is expected to be equipped with Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Gen 4 chipset and a triple rear camera setup featuring a 50-megapixel sensor.

Honor Magic 7 Pro – Specs, Features

According to a report from CNMO, the Honor Magic 7 Pro is anticipated to feature a 6.82-inch 2K dual-layer OLED display with quad-curved edges, a 120Hz refresh rate, and Honor’s Eye Protection 3.0. The screen may also incorporate 8T LTPO technology and be protected by Kunlun Glass. It is expected to be equipped with the Snapdragon 8 Gen 4 chipset, along with UFS 4.0 internal storage and LPDDR5X RAM.

As reported, the Honor Magic 7 Pro is anticipated to be powered by a 5,800mAh battery utilizing third-generation Qinghai Lake battery technology.

The smartphone could support 100W wired charging and 66W wireless charging. For security features, it is said to include an ultrasonic fingerprint sensor and a 2D face recognition capability.

The device may also have an IP68 or IP69 rating for dust and water resistance. Furthermore, it is expected to support satellite communication and may incorporate the C1+ RF chipset along with an E1 efficiency chip, as well as an x-axis linear motor. In terms of optics, the Honor Magic 7 Pro is expected to feature a triple rear camera setup, which may include a 50-megapixel OmniVision OV50H primary sensor and a 50-megapixel sensor with an ultra-wide-angle lens.

The third rear camera might consist of either a 50-megapixel Sony IMX882 periscope telephoto lens or a 200-megapixel Samsung ISOCELL HP3 sensor. On the front, the device is rumored to have a 50-megapixel camera paired with a 3D depth sensor.
