In June, the initial leaked specifications for the Realme GT7 Pro emerged in China, and today, the same well-known source, known as Digital Chat Station, has returned with additional information.
According to this source, the current engineering prototype of the GT7 Pro features a “1.5K” micro-curved display manufactured by BOE, is powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 4 SoC, offers up to 16GB of RAM and 1TB of storage, and includes a 6,000 mAh battery with support for 100W fast wired charging.
Unfortunately, there is no wireless charging available on board. However, there is an ultrasonic fingerprint sensor positioned reasonably well (which we interpret to mean it’s not placed too low), and the phone boasts an IP68/IP69 rating for dust and water resistance. Additionally, it features a Sony Lytia LYT-600 3x zoom periscope camera.
T-Mobile to end support for popular Android payment method
Those are all the details we have for now. According to earlier rumors, the GT7 Pro is expected to launch toward the end of this year. It remains unclear whether it will be available internationally or limited to China. We’ll keep you updated as we learn more.
