Another leak says that the prices of the Motorola Razr (2024) series will remain unchanged.

Motorola is getting ready to reveal its newest clamshell foldable smartphones, the Razr 50 and Razr 50 Ultra, also known as the Razr (2024) and Razr Plus (2024) in the US, on June 25 as confirmed by the company. Earlier predictions indicated that the prices of both foldable phones would stay the same, and a recent leak seems to confirm this.

Prices for the Razr 50 and Razr 50 Ultra have leaked in Europe before their launch.

European retailers have taken the lead by listing the devices early, providing a preview of the pricing for the 2024 Razr series. The Moto Razr 50 will be priced at €899 for the 8/256GB version, while the Ultra model will cost €1199 for 12/512GB. This indicates that Motorola is maintaining its foldable pricing strategy but increasing the storage capacity for its premium model.

It is highly likely that Motorola will maintain the same prices as last year in the US, meaning the Razr (2024) is expected to be priced at $699 and the Razr Plus (2024) at $999.

The leak also suggests that the new Razr series will come in different color options. The regular Razr (2024) is rumored to be available in Orange, Grey, and Sand, while the Razr Plus (2024) may come in Green, Blue, and Peach. It should be noted that these color names are subject to change upon Motorola’s official announcement. Interested in learning more about the upcoming foldable phones? A leaked Geekbench score for the Moto Razr Plus (2024) recently revealed that it will feature the Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 processor. Additionally, the device is expected to offer good battery performance with a 4200mAh battery and 68W fast charging capability.

The upcoming Razr (2024) will offer a more affordable option compared to last year’s model, with a notable upgrade from a 1.5-inch cover display to a larger 3.6-inch pOLED display in the new clamshell design.

The next Razr series appears to be a significant improvement, with Motorola maintaining the same pricing but offering improved specifications. This puts the company in a good position to compete with the upcoming Galaxy Z Flip 6. Rumor has it that the Flip 6 will be more expensive this time around, starting at around $1,100, which is $100 more than its previous model.
