Today, the initial specifications for the upcoming Poco F7 were indirectly revealed in China.
A leakster on Weibo shared details about the Redmi Turbo 4, which is expected to launch exclusively in China and later be rebranded for international markets as the Poco F7. This assumption is based on the fact that the Poco F6 was a rebranded Redmi Turbo 3.
Therefore, the Poco F7 (and the Redmi Turbo 4) are expected to feature a “super large battery” (presumably at least 5,500 mAh), a “1.5K” flat screen, and a plastic frame.
The model number for the Redmi Turbo 4 is reportedly 2412DRT0AC. Meanwhile, the Poco F7 is anticipated to carry the model number 2412DPC0AG for global markets and 2412DPC0AI for the Indian market.

Although “2412” does refer to December 2024, it’s important to note that Xiaomi and its sub-brands don’t always release new devices in the specific month indicated by their model numbers.
For instance, the Poco F6 was announced in May, and its successor is likely to be unveiled around the same time next year.

The previously mentioned Chinese leaker suggests that the Redmi Turbo 4 might feature either the Dimensity 8400 or an underclocked version of the Dimensity 9300 chipset. However, this is purely speculative, so please bear that in mind.
Additionally, the Poco F6 is equipped with the Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 SoC.
