The Nubia Z60S Pro has arrived for review

Beginning with its design, the Z60S Pro takes cues from classic cameras, showcasing a distinctive camera island and red highlights. It comes with a 35mm primary camera that sports a new 50MP sensor, an 8MP telephoto lens (80mm), and a 50MP ultrawide module (13mm). Furthermore, it offers several AI features including Magic Eraser, a starry sky algorithm, and a 65:24 ultra-wide cinema format.

Our reviewed unit boasts a traditional black color scheme, complemented by a textured back cover and a power button accented in red.

The retail package is surprisingly generous for a 2024 phone. It comes with an 80W charging brick, a vibrant red USB-C cable, and a semi-transparent case with a frosted finish featuring Nubia branding.

Older and new Pixel models to get four updated AI accessibility features

Leading the way, the Z60S Pro features a large 6.78-inch AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate and a peak brightness reaching up to 1,200 nits. Its specifications are impressive, including the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 AC chipset, commonly known as the “for Galaxy edition,” which comes with an overclocked main CPU core and GPU.

This powerful combination is further enhanced by up to 16GB of RAM and 1TB of storage. Additionally, the device houses a 5,100 mAh battery, and we will ensure to conduct thorough endurance tests on it.

With a starting price of $569/€669/£569 (and a $70/€70/£70 discount available using the code: PRO70), the Nubia Z60S Pro emerges as an intriguing choice in the midrange segment. Keep an eye on our homepage in the next few weeks to find out if it lives up to the expectations set by its specifications.
